An ongoing program of Youth Services of Tulsa, the Drama Troupe is always accepting new members committed to the idea of writing and performance as a way to both freely express themselves, their concerns, and their opinions and to using this expression for positive development. To use performance to inform, educate and develop youth and adult audiences, enabling youth to make critical decisions about their actions and behaviors and make adults aware and educated about issues that face today's youth and to promote awareness of services available to both youth and adults for further education and development. To provide a safe and nurturing outlet in writing and performance for youth to freely express themselves, their concerns, and their opinions and to use this expression for positive development. To enhance the social and personal development of participants using the inherent social aspects of drama.
