Dear Fans of Why I Love Tulsa,

Around May 2009, we started a film production with a vision. Make a quality motion
picture in the Tulsa area using Tulsa directors, actors, and locations. This is
probably one of the largest undertakings that an independent studio has tackled in
quite some time. Last night, I saw the first of twenty-five films in the movie and
let me tell you, it blew my socks off.

We have a real chance here to rise up as a community and really change the way we
look at Tulsa. We hope to do that through the art of film and filmmaking, but we
need your help in buying cameras, feeding actors, and securing locations for the
films. We are starting a contest that will put the "fun" back in fundraising. It
basically breaks down like this:

We are trying to raise $8000 dollars and we hope to do this by asking honest
hardworking folks like yourself to give $10, $20, $30 dollars or more to the film.
If we don't meet our goal, you don't pay a dime. If we do meet our goal, then we are
going to contact the news, media, and everyone we can and say that Tulsa came to the
plate and hit a home run by helping support local film in their area.
