Children's Musical Theatre of Bartlesville
Month Day, Year
Dear Friend of CMT,
With summer activities in full swing, we wanted to pass along two theatre workshops/camps that might be of interest for kids. The Drama Kids summer program is in Bartlesville and the Broadway Workshop is in Tulsa. Following is the information for each program:
SUMMER INTENSIVE BROADWAY WORKSHOP

Workshop Performance - July 7
So You Think You Can Dance, Act And Sing!
Sure, your desire to be on the stage to dance, act and sing is strong. But are your skills? Whether your goal is just to be in your school's musical or it's the neon lights of Broadway, pursuing a professional or even an amateur life on the stage is a tough road - the competition is great. Let's see what you got. If you are 12 and older, join us and test those skills in a very unique summer intensive workshop taught by people that have been and continue to be in 'The Business'.
You Will Be Taught By Two Of The Best In The Industry
Lesley Jennings (Broadway Workshop - Dance)- Ms. Jennings is an accredited veteran of Broadway as well as the Associate Director of the Broadway Theatre Dance Workshop in Santa Fe, NM. Credits include being a cast member in the Broadway revivals The Music Man and Grease. Some of her former students are currently musical theater or dance majors from Elon, University of Michigan, OU and OCU. She currently choreographs for area studios & organizations.
Reegan McKenzie (Broadway Workshop - Vocal) - Ms. McKenzie is a master vocal music instructor, singer, stage director, dramatic coach and recording artist. She currently has students on Broadway, in Soap Operas, television and radio. She is also the executive director of McKenzie-Delvan Music Studio and Productions in Rochelle Park, NJ.
Sixteen Hours In Four Weeks - With A Performance At The End
Spend sixteen hours with us and we will prove to your family and friends at our July 7th performance that you can dance, sing and act! More importantly you will work on skills, tools, and techniques that will better further your goals as an entertainer. Since our teachers still have ties in 'The Business' they will share with you the many changing aspects of where Broadway is today,
The Cost Is Cheap!
The cost for the Broadway Workshop is only $120! For members of The Academy it's only $80!
Make This Summer Count
Join others just like you, who desire the life of the theatre - taught by some very talented professionals in the theatre industry. It all happens at The Dance And Performing Arts Academy located in the Charles Schusterman Jewish Community Center (2021 E 71 Street)!
