The Art Splash is a simple email that goes out monthly to Oklahoma artists with an
email address in the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department artist database.
This is only a mechanism to get opportunity information that artists have sent in
out to other artists. OTRD understands how Oklahoma artists can enhance the tourism
product that we promote to visitors (through festivals, galleries, books,
organizations, etc). It is this goal that spearheads the departments work in
building communication between artists. If our artists are uplifted, what we offer
to visitors is improved.
